现在才读此书当然有种过于浅显的感觉，但是读到象形文字的破译那发现还是蛮好玩的

其实还有点喜欢这种带着个人色彩的历史，不过简短的让人留不下什么印象

如果有，也是翻译不好。以读房龙书20年的经验说这样的话，以中英文并读的经验说，以对伊拉斯谟的敬仰说这样的话，不过分。房龙的书，是检验中国人是否进入世界文明的标志。
