这本书我读得还是很失败的。最近读《明朝那些事儿》，更发现了这点。我向来不适合读《人类的故事》《苏菲的世界》这样的书（虽然是都读完了），读了后面忘了前面的，又懒得刻意记些人名什么的，搞得前面读得查理大帝还很嗨后面就忘了他是哪国的了。我是不是上twitter上得话唠了...

评分最早接触房龙是著名的《宽容》一书，高中教材里便选取了他的《宽容序言》作为课文。不同于一般的序言，这里面没有连篇累牍的赞扬这部书有多大成就，也没有如同豆瓣网上一些影评一样剧透，他只给我们讲了一个故事“happily lived mankind in the peaceful valley of ignorance”...

历尽艰辛似懂非懂
评分终于看完鸟。
评分房龙很纠结，他一面推举平等，一面制造不平等。
评分每一章的篇幅是一兩頁，語言簡單風趣，簡筆畫插圖和地圖很可愛，沒有读历史常用的沉重厌烦感。的確是淺顯，但作為啓蒙讀物，針對青少年讀者，我覺得這已經非常優秀，足夠引起讀者的興趣。如果想深入瞭解，可以進一步深入細化閱讀其他歷史書嘛。
评分现在才读此书当然有种过于浅显的感觉，但是读到象形文字的破译那发现还是蛮好玩的
