作者對印度的批判算是酣暢瞭，可是總感覺流於錶麵，並沒有更深一步地思考難題的根源和解決方案。光是把鍋丟給政府不作為、腐敗、無效民主、社會分裂僅是博人眼球的片段的抱怨罷瞭，並沒有成體係的構建alternative plan。從抱怨式地批判到建設性地針砭體係性的問題，還有一段距離吧。
