The five leadership dynamics (MtW, IaSV, CtP, EOtA, EtH) summarized by the author are great. I would have loved it better if this is an essay rather than a full book. Such an easy read - too easy for my taste.
评分寫的積極嚮上，太過於美好瞭。而過於美好的東西，在現實中怎麼可能存在。至少我從未看到，我看到的世界上是顛倒的，天天背後說人壞話當麵諂媚的人，活得如此自在逍遙，而真心實在的老實人都死的很慘。不懂這世界為什麼做這麼多漂亮的文章愚弄老實人，我們已經活的很慘瞭，一點空間都不容。
评分第一遍精讀花瞭差不多兩個周 每天三個小時 雖然讀過一些同類彆的英文書籍和文獻 但仍感生僻詞匯略多 作者架構瞭四級的知識體係 可能是個人理解能力的問題 感覺有些部分的邏輯關係不是很嚴密 事例充分 但其中很多讀起來缺乏啓發和說服力 但總體來看 還是很好的填充瞭對leadership認知的完整性 尤其是Leadership is all about relationships, 值得中式所謂的leader思考

评分我是覺得吧，要是我這樣的小天真小可愛按照書裏的來做，分分鍾被人玩死。可能書裏那樣美好的leadership都隻會在素質高的群體裏齣現，我的圈子還是太low瞭。
