第一遍精读花了差不多两个周每天三个小时虽然读过一些同类别的英文书籍和文献但仍感生僻词汇略多作者架构了四级的知识体系可能是个人理解能力的问题感觉有些部分的逻辑关系不是很严密事例充分但其中很多读起来缺乏启发和说服力但总体来看还是很好的填充了对leadership认知的完整性尤其是Leadership is all about relationships, 值得中式所谓的leader思考

The five leadership dynamics (MtW, IaSV, CtP, EOtA, EtH) summarized by the author are great. I would have loved it better if this is an essay rather than a full book. Such an easy read - too easy for my taste.

我是觉得吧，要是我这样的小天真小可爱按照书里的来做，分分钟被人玩死。可能书里那样美好的leadership都只会在素质高的群体里出现，我的圈子还是太low了。
