评分2020看完明显里面的内容和固定观念显得落伍了。作者太喜欢用大数据去分析个体和集体行为了，然而这在生活中人类的行为模式和decison making并不是这样的pattern。 不过书中提到level 1 subconsciousness的影响很受用，可以尝试着去学习训练一下自体的潜意识。最后一章讲的关于生命意义的探讨也很单薄，不过对于一个想过好标准意义上的“有意义的人生”可以参考。面对死亡的同时也是放下了期盼未来的枷锁
