The book reminds me of my memories and experience nearly the same with Lady Chatterley and wrote those words i don't know how to express, and describe the man who had ever once given me the sensual happiness and the sentimental chagrin.

读完深受感动，尤其是最后一节男主写给女主的信，highlight of the book。书中大量的情色描写只是一个引子，背后探讨的还是人与人之间的关系。性只是人类关系的一个载体，一种形式。它描写了工业革命时期的英国社会，人们竞相追逐机器技术革命带来的金钱和成功，变得heartless，人与人之间的关系冷漠疏离，无法建立真正的connection，人性中的tenderness消失殆尽。劳伦斯真是the humanitarian sort，不止了解人性，还很懂女人，女主对男主的情感转换和内心变化描写也太准确到位了。Tenderness，作为消融人心隔阂以及障碍的力量，是多么难能可贵的品质啊，可惜在当今社会也在不断流失。人很难将自己真正温情富有人性的那一面展示他人了。
