评分很少有中国人写文章这样的总结中国。这本书的架构就是用十个词来描述中国，故事讲得不错，很有历史年代的代入感，分的也很清楚。 问题就是翻译。有的地方翻译的，感觉非常的生硬，甚至是不知所云，给阅读带来了很大的障碍。

感觉翻译得很好。写了很多发生在文革啊、所谓的“三年自然灾害”期间的故事，看着真是心酸，也恨，难怪在国内被禁了。看到后头觉得这10个字有点牵强，也可能是我自己没体会到人家的深意吧。。。。
评分我他妈的真的觉得这是一个很蛋疼的事情我一个中国人我他妈坐在美国的英语写作课上读一本被翻译成了英文的中国人写的书。
评分也许这10个词儿能代表中国，但是余华总结的并不好，里面的例子笑话也啥意思，更像是写给外国人看的。不过从头到尾，可以看出文革对余华的影响之深，还有从解放到现在，我们活的一直就没有过尊严，从没有过。
