2020年讀的第四本書。Derek分享瞭他成立運營CD Baby學到的40個lessons。Key takeaway: business can be started from no money, but should be simple, small, and right to the point at the beginning; make yourself unnecessary; never do something only for money; don’t forget what makes you happy; customers first etc.
