評分讀完整本書,我發現最重要大概是2、3章,其他章節均是用實際例子和研究來驗證這些方法。我們大腦其實真是可以被馴化的,尤其是有瞭自主意識之後,通過自我審查和記錄,不斷去驗證,然後實現自我的突破。
