During the recent centuries the Lord of the Stars has developed a deep concern over one of the smaller planets in his universe called Earth. The planet is imprisoned by the enticements of worldly ways and a shadow of forgetfulness has covered the true nature of the humans. They have little knowledge that they originated from the stars or that their destiny was pre-ordained before the universe began. Now there is a grave danger that Earth will be destroyed if it does not graduate and become divine before it reaches the asteroid belt. The Lord decides it is time to intervene. He creates the planet Htrae, and projects the new planet into Earth's solar system to save its endangered sister. The development of Htrae is entrusted to Ambassador Marius, Chief Mediator for the Universe, who will be aided by Sir Cellular, Professor Biogenics and Master Ether.
