All Certificate, Diploma, Masters and Doctoral courses for teachers of English as a second or foreign language include a teaching methods component. The texts are designed for and have been field tested in such programs.

內容真的很老瞭但是入門！有些活動蠻有意思的

隻看瞭fluency那一章，其他的感覺大部分是在說怎麼提高聽（以後可能會用到聽的練習吧，但太基礎瞭不適閤我學生的target level）。fluency判斷標準1.speech rate;2.filled pause的數量和3.unfilled pause/如何提高fluency：1. meaning-focused; 2.說話者必須談論自己的過往經驗（話題熟練度）和背景知識 3.要預製很多planned chunks，到瞭說話的時候以chunks為單位重組一個有趣的練習是4/3/2技巧，書上讓兩個人練，一個人其實也行
