著者简介

朱丽叶·科宾（护理学硕士，护理学博士，家庭护理师）是圣何塞州立大学大学的护理学院社区卫生护理专业的一名临床指导教师。她与安塞尔姆·施特劳斯合作撰写了《质性研究的基础》（1990）第1版和第2版。她的研究兴趣、教学、演说和著述都是在质性研究方法论、慢性病以及社会工作等专业领域内。

安塞尔姆·施特劳斯出生于1916年12月18日，于1996年9月5日去世。去世时，他还是加利福利亚大学（圣弗朗西斯科）社会和行为科学系的荣誉教授。他的研究和教学活动都是在健康和疾病社会学等专业领域中。他做研究的取向是质性的，目的是要建构理论，他和巴尼·格拉泽是扎根理论的重要奠基者。很多年，他一直是剑桥大学、巴黎大学、曼彻斯特大学、康斯坦斯大学、哈根大学及阿德雷德大学的访问教授。他一生撰写了大量的论文和著作，其中很多被翻译成其他语言。
