评分A Dance to the Music of Time #1 原本一直以為Powell是Wodehouse或者Waugh那種風格，沒想到有點像Joyce的青年藝術傢，也很接近sense of an ending和the liar，總之就是典型的公校小子邊迴憶邊唏噓的憶事簿。沒什麼情節，但讀完以後對各個人物倒是都有很深刻的印象。神奇。
