以為沒有什麼可看的，看瞭一下還是有看頭。財務方便也可以應用。減少20%的齣錯率，有時就是生與死的區分。The checklists make you more focused on current task, hence improve efficiency. 人是個追求安逸的係統，喜歡走shortcut。這就是為什麼checklists這麼有效人們還不願纔用的根本原因。

评分在Levitt的推薦下找來一讀，還算有趣，對醫療感興趣的同學不妨一讀。總覺得作者很想講checklist，但講著講著就談到各種醫療案例去瞭，當然這是好事。

评分全書可以歸納為一句話：checklist 和protocol 很重要，在醫學手術、航空、建築、餐飲甚至投資領域都有用. 做事的時候running checklist 能保證少犯錯，多增加團隊溝通，保證穩定的産齣質量。而相比於其他幾十億的醫療投資和公益，使用checklist 價錢低效果好。
