Catherine Cooke描述瞭蘇聯1920年代早期建築設計的意識形態“真空”，Augustin Ioan解釋瞭建築形式“政治正確”的原因。很多文章集中針對齊奧薩斯庫時期在羅馬尼亞和布加勒斯特的建築活動背後的政治意圖。Neil Leach的《建築還是革#命？》一文很深入地澄清瞭一個問題：建築形式本身是否有政治性，還是解讀建築的方式（symbolic meaning / arbitrariness of sign / semantic reading）更為政治性？Dalibor Vesely文章有一貫的人文精神，直接反映在creation還是production的錶述上。屈米和裏伯斯金都是來玩票的，不過後者說柏林重建應考慮non-identity還是值得思考的話題
