著者簡介
安妮塔•布魯剋納（Anita Brookner）
英國作傢和藝術曆史學傢，1928年7月16日齣生在倫敦，於1949年畢業於倫敦大學國王學院，獲得文學學士，並於1953年獲得庫爾陶爾德藝術學院的藝術史博士學位。
布魯剋納是在劍橋大學擔任美術“斯雷德教授”職位的第一位女性。她的職業生涯始於藝術史學傢，五十多歲時纔開始小說創作。隨著她的第一部自傳體小說《生活的開端》齣版問世，布魯剋納開始從事雙重職業，即寫作和研究藝術史。她的第四部小說《杜蘭葛山莊》獲得布剋小說奬。

“君当如磐石，妾当如芦苇”，古诗十九首中的这一句将千百年来间对男女角色的定位形容的十分贴切。 在《天使湾》中，“那两位女士”心安理得地享受着丈夫所给予的一切“好处”。佐伊的母亲在改嫁之后也享受到了有一个丈夫所带来的种种“福利”，而佐伊也拥有了一段自由的时光...

評分《天使湾》，很美的名字，再加上磨砂朦胧的外封以及淡粉的封面，我以为这是一个很美的爱情故事，或者是一个很温馨的故事。开篇就出现的《格林童话》、《安徒生童话》更让我坚信我最初的判断。读着读着发现有些偏了，这不是一个温馨无澜的故事，是一个女孩从少年到中年的...
