因為要準備一個Salesforce麵試而讀，marketing和operation側重大，對雲計算的預測判斷太少，略失望

中文版的兩年前讀過，英文版的零零碎碎的看完。Salesforce是SaaS領域的領頭羊，創始人寫的書是必須要讀的。書的內容質量中等偏上，算不上卓越。對我來說，是公司早期的一部實操手冊，有許多具體的戰術上的動作可以學習。英文不太好的可以直接買中文版《雲攻略》。

书是好书，但是错字太多。值得关注的有几点： 1、按需定制是否会成为未来几年的机会？ 2、了解上市流程 3、V2MOM模式值得深究。 4、个人心态：从错综复杂中发现简洁；从不一致中发现和谐；困难中蕴藏着机会。
