作者是Saleforce 的老闆, 將自己的生意從想法,到開公司,公司如何運營,包括如何營銷,吸引用戶寫成一本書. 太牛瞭! 對自己而言,卻找到自己頭疼已久的問題,如何做需求? ---> 書中給齣來saleforce的一個解決方案. idea center ---> 這就是眾包的一個很完美的例子. 但是作者做的更好, 把一個需求列齣來,同時可以到優先級. 此外需求完全可以讓第三方來做.搭自己的生態係統,提高用戶對自己産品的黏性; 也就是 paul <<黑客與畫傢>>中提到的放到效果. 其實需求驗證和用戶反饋,也是這麼做的

財信，作為一家出版社不算高調，但一直做得很認真。在雲端服務正流行的時候看看這家上個世紀成立（1999）的企業的創業史還是挺好玩的。印象最深的是創始人的兩點特質。 1．重視客戶反應，及時pivot 2．勇往直前，想到即做這兩點其實都在作者還在甲骨文工作的時候就已...
