评分西医循证医学（Evidence-based Medicine）的忠实信徒，素养精良，逐一揭露各种伪科学和江湖骗术，专治各种“养生秘诀”和怕死鸡汤，大叔大妈一人来一剂吧。不过要真的是心病，那还必须得心药医。
评分作者写着写着好像被自己的愤怒淹没了……但是确实是在阅读科学报道时需要放在手边对照的一本读物。
