结合该手册，有一定的C语言基础，就可以使用这个优秀的科学计算库了。 建议在看书的同时，尤其注意看看实现这些库的代码，提高会更快。 强烈推荐用C做科学计算的人仔细的看这本书并研究GSL的代码。
