开学之前看还没感觉 这会儿读了非常有共鸣。适合上完1L第一个学期再看 1L这一年不是高就是低的情绪两极大起大落 我不是第一个人 也不是最后一个人。美国法学院这种绞肉机一般的存在 是成为美国律师之前必要的历练 几十年来并没有太多改变。虽然教授们都对此书嗤之以鼻 但是绝大多数聪明人没有法学院教授们的特殊资质 书里描述的心境非常真实 这本书有它存在的必要性。

虽然是70年代的事情了，但是读着还是很振奋人心。有些人就是会很喜欢很享受在法学院比较Aggressive的生活方式。有些人也可以一直保持peace.
