考琳·麦卡洛（Colleen McCullough, 1937- ），澳大利亚当代女作家。1977年，她以自己全部的生活积累，创作出版了呕心沥血之作《荆棘鸟》。作品一出版便引起轰动，不但拍成电影广为流传，而且翻译成二十多种文字在世界各地出版，成为当代世界最畅销的小说之一。

评分最近想入手一本1983年漓江出版社出版，由晓明、陈明锦译，李小棠校的《荆棘鸟》，一是因为这是最早的中译本；二是因为该书市面上已经见不到了（猜想是因为没有买下该书版权的缘故），三是看评价，不少人都觉得翻译得不错，甚至被认为是最好的译本。我先下载了电子版的看了看，...
评分《荆棘鸟》—— 忘记什么时候读过了，而且因为读的是英文原版，所以一直恐怕有限的语言能力让自己错过了很多细节、误解了不少文字。但是即便如此，按我的印象，仍旧觉得这样的小说应该不仅仅止于让读者询问“什么是幸福”、“什么是爱情”或者“什么是坚持”。被荆棘鸟的歌声...
