应该算本好书吧，满满的都是案例，可是没有人引导和讨论的话看案例的收获真的有限，可能自己水平低也是问题。里面政府、医院和公益组织等非营利机构的案例看起来还是很新鲜，有启发。最后吐槽一句，外国书真贵，按图书馆的规定的话这本书丢了我得赔两万！！！
