J.K. Rowling is the author of the seven Harry Potter books, first published between 1997 and 2007. J.K. Rowling has received many awards and honors for her writing. She also supports a number of causes through her charitable trust, Volant, and is the founder of the children’s charity Lumos, which fights for a world without orphanages and institutions, and reunites families.
For as long as she can remember, J.K. Rowling has wanted to be a writer, and is at her happiest in a room, making things up. She lives in Scotland with her family.

太現實的政治故事，還好有個童話結尾
评分這個三星和我對作者本人及其言行的觀感無關，純粹是對書的評價！本書比起我的預想來要差一些。對我來說，這本書作為童書的話被注入瞭太多“politics”，作為成人閱讀這些ideas又太過簡化乃至簡陋；所以閱讀中一直有種彆扭感。但是羅琳再差也差不到哪兒去，應該會有很多小朋友讀後能從中學到誠實、勇敢和善良；而且齣版前的插畫投稿也能激勵很多小孩發揮想象，種下一顆藝術的種子也未可知。我非常好奇真正的小朋友們讀後會是什麼樣的感覺？To create a better world for the children 這一點和幾年前《the casual vacancy》一脈相承，但《the casual vacancy》讀過好幾年後再迴想，仍能給我帶來不小的震撼和反思，就此而言本書遠不能及～
