But in both countries the prime ministers spoke 0othingly to the people: "We do not doubt the good rttendons of the demonstratorsï¼Œ" they saidï¼Œ each in his ~wn languageï¼Œ "but good intentions are not enough if evil mentions control the world. Weï¼Œ who ourselves rule over )nly a small part of the worldï¼Œ must unfortunately adhere the unpleasant realities."
