Stretch & Relax is a fitness program that can be adopted and enjoyed by all. Requiring only
20 minutes per day, exercises are designed to promote flexibility, stamina and strength.
Routines are tailored to suit all ages, physiques and levels of fitness.
Stretch & Relax also includes specially devised routines for those who are less flexible,
restorative exercises for physical aches and pains, therapeutic exercises for emotional stress
and a program of body stretches for pregnancy and early motherhood.
