这是一本关于印度过去的历史和正经历的现实的书，前半部分关于哲学、人生和印度的历史，后半部分写印度成为英国殖民地之后所经历的变革。书中有些论断和观点是很经典的，读了能使人获得收益。
評分还没有看过这本书，不过去年看了尼赫鲁的狱中佳作：世界历史一瞥，写给英吉拉的，很不错，给我的中学世界历史扫了盲。 想必这本印度的发现也不错吧，有没有的看过的发表高见？ 我算是拋风引马牛吧。
