评分關於self-love，我覺得JVN說得非常好，他所展現齣來的正能量也是來自這樣的self-love吧。有許多讓他成長的經曆，更偏嚮是敏感小孩的self-inflicted pain - 藥物，濫交，等等... 所以這些成長過程，並沒有讓我有太多共鳴。但我還是很喜歡很喜歡JVN,喜歡他徹頭徹尾做自己的感覺，喜歡他IG上每天的coffee dance which radiates confidence。希望他以後不再在失落的時候走那些彎路。希望他可以一直這樣self love下去，收獲幸福。

评分揭開自己的傷疤給大傢看，為的是鼓勵更多的人，要愛自己愛自己愛自己。不僅僅是JVN，我從Fab5的大傢身上得到太多瞭。（一些題外話：今天睡醒想到的第一句話是，I love myself；每天會看著自己錶揚自己；小湯昨天說，心理谘詢師三要素裏有說過，你先得有完整的自我，纔能去共情。）
