A stupid person causes others pain while deriving no gain

很薄的一本書，不到70頁。作者是經濟曆史學傢，從人類行為的角度把人劃分瞭四種：保護不瞭自己利益的無助之人，能夠雙贏的聰明人，損人利己的掠奪者和損人不利己的笨蛋。作者認為掠奪者雖然損人，但始終是講邏輯的，既然講邏輯，就可預測可防範。損人不利己的笨蛋從不講邏輯，行為不可預測，危害最大。一個社會一個團體的走嚮，要看這四類群體的比重。也許是篇幅的原因，書裏沒有提供充足的論據，而且人性的復雜不太可能讓一個人從頭至尾都隻屬於某個群體。有些過於簡單瞭。
