一個某國內頂級醫院的骨科醫生推薦給我的。翻完覺得還不錯,關於增肌理論的部分寫得還蠻詳實的,語言也不晦澀。隻是後麵訓練計劃的部分,beginner workout和intermediate program都有點兒過於簡單瞭,隻有advanced program比較適閤我(先是自己瞎練,後來在一兆韋德教練帶著健身瞭一年,然後自己又摸索著練瞭一年多)而且動作細節並沒有講解。。。根據我的經驗,細節不論在訓練效果還是安全保護上都至關重要啊!尤其在advanced階段,一個小角度的鏇肘或者鏇腕就有很大差彆的! 綜上,隻給三星吧~
