一个某国内顶级医院的骨科医生推荐给我的。翻完觉得还不错,关于增肌理论的部分写得还蛮详实的,语言也不晦涩。只是后面训练计划的部分,beginner workout和intermediate program都有点儿过于简单了,只有advanced program比较适合我(先是自己瞎练,后来在一兆韦德教练带着健身了一年,然后自己又摸索着练了一年多)而且动作细节并没有讲解。。。根据我的经验,细节不论在训练效果还是安全保护上都至关重要啊!尤其在advanced阶段,一个小角度的旋肘或者旋腕就有很大差别的! 综上,只给三星吧~
