本书主要是讲理论，特别是大脑控制情绪的关系，专业性比较强，书中还介绍了好多理论体系，对于外行来说是有难度的。只是单纯想知道怎么提高情商的读者这本书不是最佳选择。我读的是十周年改版的但是没有专家解读。完整性倒是很充分。情商：为什么情商比智商更重...
