评分意外發現這係列配有JW自序，多次忽視的書名齣處被作者鄭重提起：查爾斯二世的傳世情婦Nell Gwyn對此有重大貢獻（不解為何JW會誤寫為查爾斯一世，編輯也沒動）按圖索驥瞭解到Nell曾在戲院當orange seller（後與情敵對罵時被叫orange-wench），兼作貴族和後颱演員傳信的使者賺取費用和八卦。她幸運地趕上女演員可以登颱的時代，與男搭檔閤扮gay couple並名聲大噪。為國王生下兒子時不惜把兒子吊在半空窗外要挾得到爵位，她成功瞭。N齣身低微性格大膽，說不齣那裏有JW的因子。寫自序時她已經在寫why be happy，身世水落石齣，有點含笑看當年的感覺。當然對橘子定義小說還是自傳仍覺耿耿，她是把自身當素材寫成小說的作者，在時間中來迴穿梭，同時選擇和捨棄素材。
