路上讀書解讀: 1.會員經濟讓商品的使用權代替瞭傳統的所有權,客戶和商傢更緊密綁定 2.會員經濟的公司四類:數字訂閱Netflix,網上社區facebook,綫下忠誠度星巴剋,傳統公司銀行。 3.吸引忠實會員四個階段:搜尋那些知道你的品牌但還沒有接觸過公司産品的人;這些人中的一部分會體驗公司的産品,進一步瞭解公司;一些人會注冊成會員;注冊會員中的一部分人會長期使用産品,最終變成忠實會員。 4.會員變為超級會員: 掃除障礙,即時好處,推廣奬勵。 5.提高超級會員忠誠度:提供指導,收費透明,跟蹤用戶行為。 6.評估會員經濟可行性:轉有沒好處,細分市場會員經濟是否飽和,轉型要透明且做好各方麵準備。

評分2016年第94本。看的是颱灣的中譯本,叫《引爆會員經濟》。理念概念上很清晰,雖然實例分析太淺瞭,但對我還是挺有幫助。
