评分一本關於食物的冷知識大全，大概隻有資深吃貨纔會拿起這本書吧。本書專欄風，隨便挑瞭幾章，僅sex drug and sushi roll這章觸動瞭我的nerd神經，看進去瞭…

评分結構有些鬆散，但最後多少圓迴來瞭。作者很可愛的，是給資深吃貨的休閒讀物，同時也能帶來學術思考。（不過最後一篇中國沒有dessert這個argument不是很能讓人信服）
