人大附中语文特级教师。撰有专著《个性之美》、《我的教学育人探索》及教育教学论文多篇。八年的高三工作,高考成绩在北京市连局榜首;两年的初中教学,名著阅读活动多有收获:学生人均20部左右的名著阅读,两万字左右的读书笔记,不仅养成阅读习惯,拓宽人生视野,提升读写能力;而且陶冶性情,强健精神,滋养心灵,为其终生发展奠基。
