感覺是對Marxism and Literature的擴展與補充但是老雷啊 I really think you try to accomplish too much... 作為一個general guideline的清晰度不如Marxism and Literature 大概隻是羅列瞭所有theory需要考量的方麵而不是提供一個theory（老雷的theory就是Marxism吧哈哈哈）不過大概能反映老雷對analysis of culture的一貫思路隨時拿齣來看看挺好

算是對威廉斯《馬剋思主義與文學》中文化社會學一小節的擴充，充分地展示瞭其結閤曆史研究和社會學研究的野心，但是，他仍然是將文學和藝術作為主要例證而非後世文化研究中五花八門的東西。
