算是对威廉斯《马克思主义与文学》中文化社会学一小节的扩充，充分地展示了其结合历史研究和社会学研究的野心，但是，他仍然是将文学和艺术作为主要例证而非后世文化研究中五花八门的东西。

感觉是对Marxism and Literature的扩展与补充但是老雷啊 I really think you try to accomplish too much... 作为一个general guideline的清晰度不如Marxism and Literature 大概只是罗列了所有theory需要考量的方面而不是提供一个theory（老雷的theory就是Marxism吧哈哈哈）不过大概能反映老雷对analysis of culture的一贯思路随时拿出来看看挺好
