非常推薦。虐得發抖，看到後麵已經身心都僵瞭...而且不僅僅是士兵，還有他們的妻子，還有其他試圖提供幫助的人，也都掙紮著嘗試瞭，付齣漫長的努力瞭，但還是看不到什麼希望，一遍遍落下來。太無解太難過瞭。確實也不是說就全是軍隊戰爭的錯。Trauma does't give a shit whether you're a military or a civilian. 但是畢竟戰場上的刺激更大。而[這樣的]戰爭又有幾分值得。作者文筆很好很冷靜，非常紮心。整個書的結構也好，把不同的人的生活構成交錯的環，無解。 ps, 緻謝名單裏有CNAS的一些人，看到瞭Nate Fick還有Tom Ricks。剛發現這本書有齣颱版和簡中版本。

just started watching Homeland when reading this book...soldiers with PTSD do have access to facilities, private or state-run, but neither is effective. made me wonder if the PTSD treatment sector should be corporatized.. really liked Finkel's voice, its clear and calm. enjoyed the book a lot
