著者简介
唐·弗里曼（Don Freeman）美国著名儿童文学作家、绘本画家。1908年出生于美国加利福尼亚州的圣迭戈。年仅7岁即立志长大后要当一名艺术家。他曾在百老汇画舞台素描，也帮剧作家画剧本插图，婚后有了小孩以后开始为儿童作画。代表作《字母B里的家》荣获1958年凯迪克大奖，《小熊可可》入选纽约公共图书馆“每个人都应该知道的100种绘本”，成为了世界儿童文学中的不朽经典。其作品还有《戴红围巾的松鼠》《请安静！图书馆里有只金丝雀》等，他一生共为孩子们留下了20多本以纯净、温暖、接近儿童见长的绘本。
