i am not an executive needing further advancement in my career, but this is a wonderful book, full of insightful tips and helpful guidelines in maintaining social relations. definitely need to re-read it every once in a while to freshen up my skills.

關於公司體製下人行為的一本書。大概就是這個人發明瞭360 review feedback, 我恨死瞭這個製度。因為大部分公司如果不找第三方機構來做這個feedback的話，員工得到的feedback後，很難不覺得難受，打擊士氣。“the interesting stuff is the information that's unknown to us.... they hurt,but they instruct”, 我值得是這部分反饋，人都是不想被批評的。書本身還是開捲有益，可以去思考平時上班遇到的一些行為，以及更好的跟同事一起工作。

這本書用中國一句老話來說就是，需溫故而知新。

被豆瓣的高分誤導瞭，原價買的，後悔。不知道那些說好的是真覺得好，還是跟風。在我看來是本非常典型的爛書。作者是個會營銷的浮誇之人。看文筆和口氣還以為很年輕，沒想到是個那麼大年紀的人，嘖嘖。
