跟進作者本人經曆寫的，讀後就如書名，心痛。

朗讀者是梅姨，這就給這本書加瞭一星。書的內容一般，有點亂，似乎全世界的人都在有外遇，不是我自己，就是配偶，要麼就是朋友，或者朋友的配偶。書裏提到的recipe倒是可以試一試。喜歡的是作者提到的食物和生活的關係。
