這本書的底子就有問題，企業最大的目的是什麼？利潤？這也許沒有問題，雖然我不認可，但是如果這個是齣發點，那麼所有運營中的中心，會在客戶身上嗎？會以客戶為齣發點嗎？另一方麵，麵對競爭的話，利潤中心如何落地？我覺得企業創辦的目的，就是是否讓彆人更好，這個彆人大體來說，就是客戶。比如福特創辦汽車的時候，就是能讓更多的人開的起車。如果以利潤為中心，那麼就不會再有這樣的偉大理想，那麼就客戶也會逐漸拋棄，因為有彆的廠傢更能滿足這個偉大的理想。
