评分副標題言不符實。完全是關注在PO自身角色上,並沒有涉及太多「打造用戶喜愛的産品」內容。本書可以再薄一點,不用這麼厚,畢竟PO角色的硬技能要求並不是那麼高,更多要關注在行業領域,溝通協調等技能。
评分這是給有敏捷基礎的人看的,沒接觸過的人會看的一頭霧水。內容主要講的是産品負責人在敏捷中的定位職責方法等等,副標題應該改成“如何成為優秀的産品負責人”纔對
