對佛傢的粗淺理解和引用，行文冗長，而且是self-help書籍俗套的“隻要xx就一切都會好”路子。也沒說明白radical acceptance到底是個啥，支撐的說明多是作者本人或者周圍人的個體經驗——既沒什麼新東西（比如從心理治療層麵的解釋或科學實驗證明），又缺少直覺洞察。唯一有指導意義的是幾種冥想方法，但買個冥想app都會講得比本書細而且易於操作。

Finally finished on the last day of 2019. Too much repetition with what the author had talked about in her podcasts. But alas, that was what I looked for when I started out with the book. It’s just so many things have happened and I’ve been growing. The last part of the reading feels increasingly like a drag.
