though not particularly fond of kipling's novels or his early verses as a so-called empire poet, i did read some of his stories at school, yet what amazes me is his latest verses on war trauma, death and craziness etc or the dark matters at the back of his unrevealing mind, i guess that's what makes this nobel prize laureate in literature complete。
