詹姆斯·巴裏（James Mattchew Barrie, 1860-1937），英國劇作傢、小說傢。齣生於蘇格蘭一個紡織工人的傢庭。1882年畢業於愛丁堡大學，從事新聞工作數年，並開始文學創作。1919年任安德魯大學校長；1928年當選為英國作傢協會主席；1930年受聘為愛丁堡大學名譽校長。

评分About "Peter and Wendy", it's really a sad sad story. About "Peter Pan in Kensington Gardens", the six short stories show the backgroud of the lonely Neverland. Fairy tale writers are always strange fellows, solitary, eccentric, vulnerable, impressible, etc, but trying to create a pure, innocent, perfect and eternal children's world.
