中文名叫做力学引论，宁远源、刘爱晖合译。这本书是mit力学参考书。作为一本教材，经久不衰。非常注重从学生角度出发，传授知识。自学也比较容易。适合大一新生入门使用，对建立良好的物理观和提高解决问题的能力非常有帮助。

比起梁昆淼的《力学》，要简练得多，讲的很好。
