整本書都不晦澀，翻譯得很順。三篇當中Oedipus the King和Antigone比較有看頭，畢竟近親結婚和女權運動都更激烈一點。Sophocles的戲劇有多個人物，又不像後來莎士比亞戲劇那樣，包含一堆增加笑料卻看起來老是與主綫纏繞不清的小人物，所以比較對我的口味，就是Chorus太煩瞭，人民群眾在裏麵錶現齣來的特點就是十分八卦以及聽風就是雨。
