這部電影本身就是一本圖片故事集，由一片片凝滯的時間組成。圖片與圖片的間隙仿佛就是時間的圍牆，讓人滯阻其內無從逃脫。男人在時間裏穿梭，悄悄來到女人身邊。他們聊天、散步，男人悄消失，周而復始。女人永遠在靜靜等待，如時間旅行者的妻子。
