謝爾蓋·盧基揚年科，歐洲科幻大會2003年度最佳作傢，俄羅斯科幻大會2006年度最佳作傢。一九六八年齣生於前蘇聯哈薩斯坦共和國，畢業於國立阿拉木圖醫學院，畢業後擔任內科醫生和精神病醫生，行醫之餘，他對科幻奇幻小說興趣頗濃，曾以擔任《世界》科幻雜誌副總編輯。
